Game Show Network

3 May

FINALLY! Bright House has FINALLY added the Game Show Network to its cable lineup!!!! Took them long enough.

The network has been around since 1994. So yea, it only took Bright House 16 years. No big deal!

I remember watching this channel on my parents old Dish Network and I LOVED it.

During the day the mainly show 1970’s and 80’s era game shows. Match GameThe $25,000 Pyramid, Family Feud and The Newlywed Game. At night the show more current programming, including some of their own shows. You will see Deal or No Deal reruns, LINGO or catch Jerry Springer’s new dating show Baggage. My favorite old show (that they have also made a new version) is Press Your Luck!

Baggage is a dating show that revolves around the contestants baggage. Get it? They have giant briefcases (a la Deal or No Deal) that carry their baggage. Like how likely they are to cheat, that they can’t get a credit card or that they used to be gay. Fun stuff like that!

All game shows, all the time! How awesome is that!!!!

I do not like the new version of Press Your Luck for some reason. I used to watch Lingo a lot while crafting in the afternoon when Paul was napping! 🙂
