So yea, I missed a couple weeks but this is the eighteenth week of my Wii Fit program. The last few weeks have been VERY busy! Girls will do that to you I guess. I was able to get on the Wii a few times this holiday weekend and so here is an update!

Wii Fit Week Fourteen!

I’m sure you thought I forgot about this didn’t ya? Nope, just decided that FREE chicken was more important.

So, not only did this week mark my fourteenth full week of using Wii Fit to lose weight, Monday was a special day:

This, of course, was not my 100th day working out, just 100 TOTAL days since I first powered up my Wii Fit!

Wii Fit Week Thirteen!

Sorry for the late post today…My schedule was crazy over the weekend and I was unable to do my Wii Fit on Sunday. So once I woke up today on my day off I took my body test and took some pictures for you!

If you are new, I just completed my thirteenth week with Wii Fit and am trying to not be fat anymore. I also have been eating/cooking healthier and so far I am pleased with the results! You can review my progress in my past posts: Day One, Week One, Week Two, Week Three, Week Four, Week Five, Week Six, Week Seven, Week Eight, Week Eleven and Week Twelve.

It has already been a long process, 93 days! I haven’t been good enough to work out EVERY one of those days, but I’m doing pretty good! Week Thirteen was especially decent:

Wii Fit Week Eleven!

Yes I missed TWO weeks, I was a bad boy! But come April 1st I recommitted myself and have continued my Wii Fit program. Wii Fit Week Seven!

I was not a good work out boy this week. I missed everyday from Monday through Friday due to sickness and other stuff going on that just didn’t give me the time! I know, BAD BOY! The good thing though is I have kept myself on my new eating habits, in fact, Monday night I ate at McDonald’s and was sick all night and the next day! Ok, probably not due to McDonald’s, but it did make me think.

So here is my week, yea, all those empty spaces are days I didn’t work out!

First off, sorry about the two days with no posts! I got busy with work and life (though I could still use a life) and didn’t have the time. But fear not, I still have a Wii Fit Update for you today!

Wii Fit Week Two!

Sorry this post is late. Yesterday being Super Bowl Sunday (and a work day for me) I didn’t have time to do my Wii Fit, so once I woke up today I did my exercising, took some pictures and wrote this blog. Better late than never right?

If you haven’t read my previous Wii Fit posts, check Day One and Week One!

I must admit that while I have been doing good for me, I definitely have not been able to work out as much as I had planned. So far I have missed three days in each of the first two weeks. So I work out more days then I don’t but I’ve definitely had life get in the way and sometimes the Balance Board lets you know it!
