Wii Fit Week Twelve!

Here we are again! After my Emergency Post on Saturday afternoon I’m back for my regular Monday morning update! As always, check out my progress from Day One, Week One, Week Two, Week Three, Week Four, Week Five, Week Six, Week Seven, Week Eight and Week Eleven.

I was worried Saturday that when I woke up Sunday morning I would be waking up “Obese” again which would look bad here on my blog. My weight did fluctuate up a bit, but luckily for my picture post I’m still overweight!

Wii Fit Week Eleven!

Yes I missed TWO weeks, I was a bad boy! But come April 1st I recommitted myself and have continued my Wii Fit program. Wii Fit Week Eight!

Wow, week eight? It has been a pretty good run through Day One, Week One, Week Two, Week Three, Week Four, Week Five, Week Six and Week Seven! However, this week I didn’t work out, even when I had some time and I’m sure the five course beer dinner didn’t help me out much either. In any event, I promised I would update my readers weekly on my progress, and here it is:

Wii Fit Week Seven!

I was not a good work out boy this week. I missed everyday from Monday through Friday due to sickness and other stuff going on that just didn’t give me the time! I know, BAD BOY! The good thing though is I have kept myself on my new eating habits, in fact, Monday night I ate at McDonald’s and was sick all night and the next day! Ok, probably not due to McDonald’s, but it did make me think.

So here is my week, yea, all those empty spaces are days I didn’t work out!

Wii Fit Week Two!

Sorry this post is late. Yesterday being Super Bowl Sunday (and a work day for me) I didn’t have time to do my Wii Fit, so once I woke up today I did my exercising, took some pictures and wrote this blog. Better late than never right?

If you haven’t read my previous Wii Fit posts, check Day One and Week One!

I must admit that while I have been doing good for me, I definitely have not been able to work out as much as I had planned. So far I have missed three days in each of the first two weeks. So I work out more days then I don’t but I’ve definitely had life get in the way and sometimes the Balance Board lets you know it!

Wii Fit Week One!

So last week I told you that I planned on trying to do a “series” of blogs about my progress on Wii Fit. I am trying to do 40 total minutes of Wii Fit a day. With 30 of that being spread between the Aerobic, Strength and Yoga exercises and the last 10 being on the balance “games.” I was just over 238 pounds to start last week and while my first two days of Wii Fit I actually gained weight, I kept with it and my weight Sunday is just UNDER 236. Over 2 pounds lost in a week is pretty good for me I think! I also have had my BMI drop 32.25 to 32.01, still obese, but better!

Pole Dancing Game??

And it is for the Wii!?!?!?!?! AWESOME!

According to this post on NintendoWiiFanboy.com a company named “Peekaboo” is developing a “work out” game for the Wii based around pole dancing! Apparently this company is the same that makes those “in home” pole dancing kits! They also have some “sexy toys and games,” but only check those out if you are open minded.

While…ummmmm…researching their site I found that they actually have their own page about the “speculation” that they are making a Wii game. You can read here that they in fact are trying to!

Now I understand that the main “goals” of the products they sell are for fitness, and I hear that there has actually opened a “Pole Dancing Fitness Club” in Lake Mary, FL of all places. Maybe pole dancing will be the next Yoga?
